Wireless Matrix Customer Care is available 24 x 7 to provide support and notifications on all modem and network related issues.
Customer Care utilizes trouble ticketing and internal escalation to the appropriate parties to keep issues visible from the point of receipt to the point of resolution. They also keep you fully informed regarding status and resolution.
