Prior to the full deployment of a Wireless Matrix solution, we perform a pilot with you and your field force. Mobile Base Station modems are deployed in a small subset of your service area, and real-world functionality is verified.

This final step identifies actual operational impacts and allows for resolution before your full-scale deployment takes place.

Making refinements to get the most from your solution.

During the pilot, daily reports can be provided for analysis of usage and user trends. These reports may also uncover potential field issues. If issues are found, we work with you to resolve them.

The lessons learned from a pilot on a sample of your fleet reduce the number of potential issues to be found in full-scale deployment. This allows you to realize solution benefits sooner, without the need to troubleshoot hundreds or thousands of vehicles.
